Whip LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Whip LLC, a business platform that helps event promoters and organizations manage fans, marketing campaigns, ticketing workflows, and social media outreach. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Whip LLC is primarily a business-to-business platform. When an organization ("Customer") uses the Service, it may upload or collect information about its fans, leads, and contacts ("End User Data"). In those cases, the Customer is responsible for providing appropriate notice and obtaining any required consents from those individuals. We process End User Data on the Customer's behalf according to our agreement with the Customer and this Privacy Policy.

We collect information in the following categories:

• Account information: name, email address, password or authentication credentials, organization name, role, profile photo, and team membership details.
• Authentication data: when you sign in with Google or another identity provider, we receive information such as your name, email address, and profile identifier as permitted by that provider.
• Customer content: fan and lead records (such as name, email, phone number, location, marketing preferences, and engagement history), campaign content, event details, uploaded images, and organization branding assets.
• Integration data: when a Customer connects third-party services (such as Meta/Instagram, Eventbrite, email, or SMS providers), we receive tokens, account identifiers, and related metadata needed to operate those integrations.
• Usage and device data: log data, IP address, browser type, pages viewed, actions taken in the Service, timestamps, and diagnostic or performance information.
• Communications: messages you send to us for support or account administration.

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service.
• Authenticate users and manage accounts, teams, and permissions.
• Send transactional messages such as invitations, password resets, and service notices.
• Enable Customers to run email and SMS campaigns, manage fan lists, publish social content, and sync event or ticket data through connected integrations.
• Monitor usage, troubleshoot issues, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell personal information. We may share information in these circumstances:

• With service providers that help us operate the Service, such as cloud hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, SMS delivery, analytics, and customer support vendors. These providers may access information only to perform services for us and are contractually required to protect it.
• With integrated third-party platforms when a Customer chooses to connect them (for example, Meta, Google, Eventbrite, SendGrid, or Twilio).
• With the Customer organization that owns or manages the account associated with End User Data.
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
• When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of us, our users, or others.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data and the Customer's configuration. Customers may delete certain data through the Service or by contacting us.

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing. You may also have the right to data portability and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

If you are a fan or contact whose information was submitted to a Customer through a signup form or campaign, please contact that organization first. You may also contact us at privacy@worldchamppromotions.com, and we will assist as appropriate, including by forwarding requests to the relevant Customer when we act as a processor.

Account holders may update profile information in the Service or contact support@worldchamppromotions.com for account-related requests.

We may process and store information in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws of your jurisdiction.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
