Data Deletion Instructions

Whip LLC respects your privacy and provides the following instructions for requesting deletion of personal information associated with Whip LLC. The steps depend on whether you are a platform user (account holder) or a fan/contact whose information was collected by an organization using the Service.

If you have a login to the Service, you may request deletion of your user account and associated profile information by emailing us from the address on your account:

• Send a request to support@worldchamppromotions.com with the subject line "Account deletion request".
• Include your full name, organization name (if applicable), and the email address tied to your account.
• We may verify your identity before processing the request.

Organization owners may also remove team members through Settings. Deleting an entire organization account may require owner authorization and may affect data stored for that organization, including fan records managed by that organization.

If you signed up through a promoter signup form, QR code, event list, or marketing campaign, your information is typically controlled by that promoter or organization (our Customer). In most cases, you should contact that organization directly to unsubscribe or request deletion.

If you are unsure which organization holds your data, or you cannot reach them, email privacy@worldchamppromotions.com with:

• Your name and contact details (email and/or phone number) as submitted.
• The promoter, event, or campaign you signed up for, if known.
• A clear request to delete or stop processing your personal information.

We will forward verified requests to the relevant Customer when we process data on their behalf, and we will take reasonable steps to assist with deletion where applicable.

If a Customer connected Facebook or Instagram to the Service, we may store integration tokens, page identifiers, usernames, and content needed to publish or manage social campaigns on their behalf.

To remove this integration data:

• The Customer can disconnect Meta/Instagram integrations in the Service under Settings → Integrations.
• Account holders may email privacy@worldchamppromotions.com to request deletion of stored Meta/Instagram connection data for their organization.
• You may also remove app access from your Meta account settings at facebook.com/settings?tab=applications.

If you signed in with Google, we receive basic profile information from Google as described in our Privacy Policy. To revoke the Service's access, remove the app from your Google Account permissions at myaccount.google.com/permissions, then contact us if you would like associated account data deleted.

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 30 days and complete verified requests within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal retention requirements and backup cycles. Some information may persist in encrypted backups for a limited period before being overwritten.
